In the house used to live laywer of duke's wife M. Oginskiene. His name was Sklodowski. 

It is the oldest wooden house in the city of Plungė. The house is included in the Cultural Heritage list. In recent years, there has been located  Public libarary's department of Children's Literature. Nowdays it is owened by Plungė district municipality and has been rented.

It is one of the oldest wooden houses in the city of Plungė.
